• definition of new management roles and competencies for a team of 80 managers

• battery of psychometric tests including MBTI
• management and leadership tools and techniques, including transactional analysis, team development, influencing skills and motivation
• on-the-job skills development with 1-to-1 and group coaching support programme
• group progress review sessions at one month intervals |
