Clare is dedicated to supporting organisations and people in reaching their full potential. She has spent 15 years specialising in business transformation focusing on organisational excellence and its intrinsic link to team and individual growth.

Following successful studies in Business and Finance and post graduate in Human Resource Management, Clare held a number of line management and strategic roles with organisations, primarily in the IT and finance sectors. During her career, Clare has designed, managed and delivered innovative corporate training and development programmes. Today, she works as an executive coach and consultant to organisations, developing managers and highly successful teams.

Clare constantly expands her own development. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and a member of many professional institutes, including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Chartered Management Institute, and the British Psychological Society. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
